The measured difference

Forty minutes with the existing workflow. Under four with DealCloser.

Existing workflow40 min
DealCloserUnder 4 min

The ten segments are the ten tools, each sized by its share of the 40 minutes: comp tool, Cloud CMA, spreadsheet, payment calculator, zipForms, TransactionDesk, Authentisign, dotloop, TC checklist and title calls.

Prepared automatically. Reviewed by you.
DealCloser fills the offer from your deal details and places the required signature, initial and date fields in supported agreements. You review and approve the paperwork; the parties sign. That is work taken off your desk before the offer is sent.

Founder-timed, address to offer sent. A typical agent takes about an hour on the existing workflow.

Potential capacity under these assumptions

about 1.06x

Offer work is 8.3% of the hours entered; it falls by 90.0%.

Capacity = 1 / (1 - reduction x affected share of total work time). At a 90% reduction: 20% of work time affected -> about 1.22x; 40% -> about 1.56x; about 55.6% -> 2x. The 90% comes from one founder-reported test (address to offer sent); other tasks need their own measured times. Assumes enough qualified demand, that saved time is reused, and no other step is the bottleneck. It does not predict closed transactions. Customer results are measured after deployment.

30 days free

Your title company or lender can sponsor your access.

One title company or one lender you work with is enough. The sponsor pays for its own DealCloser license. Your 30 days start when that paid license is active in your market, and no access starts before it is.

Next you book your setup call on Zoom; your request is complete once the call is booked. We contact your sponsor about a license, and your 30 days start when your sponsor’s paid license is active in your market.

Last step: book your setup call.

Your request is complete once your Zoom setup call is booked. Your 30 days start when your sponsor’s paid license is active in your market.

Questions before you commit
Who controls the transaction?

You do. The agent reviews and approves the price, the terms and the contract before the offer goes to the listing agent. Team members work from the same record. How team roles and broker review are set up is defined in your order form.

Which parties see which documents?

The offer goes to the listing agent. The executed packet goes to title and lender, with receipt confirmation. It is sent to them; it is not loaded into their own systems. Which other parties see which documents is defined in your order form.

Who is the agent of record, and who owns the client?

Defined in your order form. DealCloser is built and operated by Agent House AI; you, the licensed agent, write your own offers in it. How agent of record and client ownership apply to your transactions is written into your order form before activation.

Which forms are supported, and how are new versions handled?

DealCloser fills the state purchase agreement, including complicated additional contract terms. Which forms and form versions are supported in each state, and how a new version is rolled out, are defined in your order form.

How are signatures handled?

Signing is built into DealCloser, so no separate signing app is needed. Once signed, the offer goes to the listing agent.

How is a sponsor chosen, and who chooses the title company or lender?

You choose the sponsor. One title company or one lender you work with is enough. Brokerages and large teams can launch directly at the $5,000-a-month minimum, with no sponsor; the smaller team workspace has a waitlist. Nothing on this site says a buyer or seller must use any particular title company or lender. Terms on client choice are defined in your order form.

How is data used, shared, kept and exported?

The privacy policy covers this website: what you submit in its forms, page and referrer data, and the services that run the site. It does not cover transaction data. Use, model training, sharing, retention and export of transaction data are defined in your order form.

Is member data used for Agent House AI’s own acquisitions?

Whether Agent House AI’s own acquisition activity may use member data is defined in your order form. The website privacy policy does not cover it.

What support is there, and how are exceptions handled?

Support, response times and the handling of exceptions are agreed before activation and defined in your order form. Before that, you can request a demonstration and put your questions to a team member.

How was the four minutes measured?

The company’s founder timed the existing workflow and DealCloser on the same task: from property address to offer sent to the listing agent, including complicated additional contract terms. A typical agent takes about an hour on the existing workflow. It measures address to offer sent, not the whole transaction.
